The organizers shall retain:

- 10% of the agreed package amount if cancellation is made before January 4, 2010 inclusive
- 50% of the agreed package amount if cancellation is made between January 4, 2010 and March 8, 2010 inclusive - 100% of the agreed package amount if the cancellation is made after March 8, 2010 inclusive |
