Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be emailed, faxed, or posted:
  - Cancellation before April 1, 2010 - full refund less $50 administrative fee
  - Cancellation between April 1 and May 3, 2010 - 50% refund
  - Cancellation after May 3, 2010 - no refund
Payment
Payment of registration fees should be made in Canadian dollars through PayPal.
