| This contest is subject to these Official Rules. By entering the contest, entrants agree to all of the following: to be bound by these Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects; to indemnify and hold harmless the contest organizer from any and all liability resulting or arising from the use of any submission; to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceedings against the contest organizer; and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in the Official Rules. The potential winner, may, at the contest organizer’s sole discretion, be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where legal) (collectively “Affidavit/Release”) which will include, among other things, a representation of the video submission’s originality and authenticity, and grant to the contest organizer the right to show potential winner’s submitted materials, as edited, changed, etc. for educational non commercial purposes. Affidavit/Release must be signed and returned by potential winner, within five (5) days upon receipt of documents that the contest organizer may require or the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at the contest organizer’s sole discretion. By returning the completed Affidavit/Release, the potential winner attests to the authenticity of his/her entry.

By participating in the contest, entrant assures the contest organizer that the submitted material and its content is wholly original and his/her own creation, and that the entrant is the sole owner of all rights relating to the submitted material. Any personal information supplied by entrants to the contest organizer or its affiliates will be subject to the organizer’s privacy policy.

Any person attempting to defraud the contest organizer or tamper with this contest in any way (including but not limited to attempted manipulation of voting) will not be eligible for the prize. If, for any reason, the contest is cancelled or is not capable of running as originally planned, the contest organizer will select the winner by using a method in which at its sole discretion is fair, appropriate and consistent with these official rules.

Disclaimers: The contest organizer is not responsible or liable for multiple entries, entries that are entered by other than human means or for entries (including video submissions) that are illegible, late, tampered with, forged, incomplete, misdirected, lost, misplaced, stolen, destroyed, non-functioning or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and such entries will be disqualified. By entering the contest, entrants agree and acknowledge to be bound by the Official Rules, as well as the decisions of the contest organizer which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that the contest organizer shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in this contest; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information; acceptance/possession, use/misuse, the prize awarded herein); and/or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, Internet service provider; interruption or inability to access the contest or any website or online service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this contest; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects or any other errors or malfunctions even if caused by the negligence of the contest organizer. By entering, entrants further agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the contest organizer from any and all claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages, or losses to person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in any contest-related activity or participation in the contest, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the contest organizer.
