Winner Announcement

The entry that receives the highest point total, as determined by the contest organizer will be declared the winner. The name of the winner will be announced and posted on www.usra.ca after the International Symposium of Ultrasound for Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine.

|
The winner will receive US $1,000 (in the form of a check issued in the winner’s name).
|
|
|
The contest organizer will not replace a lost or stolen check.
|
|
|
No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted for any reason.
|
|
|
Prize notification will be announced on the www.usra.ca website.
|
|
|
If the winner cannot be reached after 5 business days, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, and/or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at the organizer’s sole discretion.
