Winner of the 2008 Ultrasound Innovation Award Contest   Dr. Peter Hebbard

Dr. Peter Hebbard from Australia, author of the abstract "Ultrasound guided Transversus Abdominis Plane Block Technique and Audit", is the UIA Contest Winner for 2008. His abstract presentation was judged by a panel of experts and the audience at the 5th Annual International Symposium of Ultrasound and Regional Anesthesia on April 25, 2008.
